When requesting to post a job on IAEI.org, please provide the following information:

Posting Requirements:
Company Name The name of the company posting the job. If agency, please list both the agency name and the company seeking the applicant. 
Location List the city and state in which the job is located. If hiring for more than one location, list locations, or if non-specific, state "multiple locations available."
Job Title List the specified job title in it's exact form. If an exact title has not been created, please list a title that reflects the actual duties that the applicant will be performing.
Job Duration Will this job be on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis.
Responsibilities List the actual responsibilities that the applicant will be expected to fulfill.

Example: "Administer a variety of service contracts including electrical, HVAC, photocopiers, UPS, emergency generator, security etc. Comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations related to facilities. Have working knowledge of local bylaws including zoning board, planning board and board of Health regulations. Act as company representative in dealing with police, fire, building inspectors as well as the health inspector and other local and state authorities."
Qualifications List the qualifications that the applicant must have for this specific job.

Example: "Ideal candidate will have experience building operations and planning as part of building management. Five plus years as a facilities manager and experience in a technology-based company is a plus. A certified facilities manager (CFM) or Certified Property Manager background preferred. Strong computer skills desired."
Restrictions List if there are any restrictions for this specific job. For example, if you are hunting for an applicant who lives in the state of Colorado only, please give the exact requirements.
Contact Information List the contact information of the person hiring the applicant or the name of the agency requesting information. Please give all contact information, and any web url if available.

Also, an email contact address must be included to the webmaster, but it can be left out of the actual posted page if requested.

Job Closing Date State a job closing date, and the webmaster will remove the posting one day after that stated day.
