Paul Dobrowsky has over 28 years of experience in electrical and occupational safety, machinery and equipment standards, electrical construction, maintenance, program and policy development, instructing, and over 15 years enforcing electrical codes and standards. He is a Licensed Master Electrician and IAEI Certified Electrical Inspector. He is actively involved with many organizations such as ASTM, EAR, FLBOA, IAEI, IEEE, NFPA, UL and their standards activities. Paul is the current Chair of NFPA's electrical Section, Director of Technology for the Electrical Association of Rochester, a past President of IAEI's Genesee Chapter and an experienced instructor. Paul is currently a principal member on CMP-5.
Donald R. Cook is currently the chief electrical inspector for the Shelby County Development Services Department in Shelby County, Alabama. He also is an active Instructor for IAEI. Currently he represents IAEI as the principal member and chairman of NFPA 70 CMP-14. Donny is currently a member of the IAEI board of directors, serves as secretary/treasurer of the Southern Section, and assistant secretary/treasurer of the Alabama Chapter.
L. Keith Lofland is education, codes and standards coordinator and serves as seminar specialist for IAEI. Prior to his position with the International office of IAEI, Keith spent sixteen years with the city of Garland serving as their chief Electrical Inspector. Keith served as chairman of the Texas Chapter in 1989. Keith is the former secretary/treasurer for the Texas Chapter where he served for ten years. Keith has taught seminars for IAEI since 2000.
Robert A. McCullough is currently the director of the Ocean County Construction Inspection Department in Ocean County, New Jersey. Bob currently represents the IAEI as chairman of NFPA 70 CMP-19 as well as the NFPA 501 Technical Committee on Electric and is a member of the NFPA 501 Correlating Committee. He is a past president of the Eastern Section IAEI and is fifth vice president of the IAEI International board of directors.
Lanny McMahill is the electrical inspections supervisor for the city of Phoenix. He is an active IBEW member and a former NJATC electrical code and theory class instructor. Lanny is also engaged in: USNC technical management committee, UL electrical council, NFPA electrical section, and ICBO. Lanny is the IAEI representative and principal member of NFPA 70 CMP-1.
Richard P. Owen is the senior electrical inspector for the city of St. Paul, Minnesota. An IAEI instructor, Dick has been the secretary-treasurer for of the Minnesota Chapter for the past 13 years and is also a member of the IAEI board of directors representing the Western Section. He is a member of the Electrical Safety Council, UL, an NFPA electrical section member and chairman of CMP-3.
Timothy S. Owens is the senior electrical inspector for the city of San Diego, California. He also is an active instructor for IAEI. He has over 20 years of experience in electrical code enforcement both as an inspector and a supervisor. Currently he represents IAEI as the principal member of CMP-18. Tim is president of the California Electrical Inspectors and vice president of the Southwestern Section.
Mark E. Regan is a supervisor with Saudi Aramco's overseas engineering projects division in the Middle East. Previously, he was a project leader and laser safety chairman at the U.S. Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory. Regan is a certified lightning safety professional as well as a licensed master electrical contractor in the state of New York for industrial, commercial, and residential installations. He is also internationally certified in Electrical Plan Review, Electrical General and Electrical One- and Two-Family Dwellings. Regans service to the electrical industry also includes electrical inspector for the New York Board of Fire Underwriters, codes and seminar specialist for the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, and technical speaker and steering committee member of the National U.S. Department of Energy Electrical Safety Conference. Presently, he is the president of the Saudi Arabia chapter of IAEI.
James J. Rogers is currently the inspector of wires for the town of Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts and the owner/operator of Bay State Inspectional Agency. He is an active instructor for the IAEI and Local 103 of the IBEW. Jim currently represents IAEI as the principal member of CMP-4 and he also is a principal member of the NFPA 303 committee on boatyards and marinas. Jim is the Cape & Islands Chapter delegate to the Eastern Section.
J. Philip Simmons has been self-employed as Simmons Electrical Services from July 1999 to the present. Phil served IAEI as executive director from 1990 to 1995 and as education, codes and standards coordinator from 1995 through June 1999. He was IAEI International president in 1987 and also served as secretary-treasurer of the Puget Sound Chapter and  Northwestern Section. He is a former member of NFPA Standards Council and NEC Technical Correlating Committee, past chair of NFPA Electrical Section, former member of NEC CMP-1 and 17, former acting chairman of NEC CMP-5, and past chairman of NEC CMP-19.
